Frank started his career with Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd working at the Chalk River Nuclear Laboratories site as a Senior Reactor Shift Engineer. In the early 90’s Frank transitioned to the Radiation Safety Department providing support to several nuclear facilities eventually becoming Section Head of the Radiation Safety Training emergency Preparedness, and Documentation section. In 1999 Frank certified as a Health Physicist through the American Board of Health Physicists. From 2000, Frank moved to Toronto to take on the role of Corporate Radiation Safety Officer at the University Health Network, Canada’s largest healthcare network, eventually becoming Senior Director of Risk and Radiation Safety.
